CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE RAFFLE OF "ALLDIEWEIL-SCHÖNE DINGE".
These conditions of participation relate to the RAFFLE of Alldieweil - Schöne Dinge, 45147 Essen, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"). Participation in the RAFFLE is exclusively governed by these conditions of participation. The RAFFLE is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way supported by Instagram or Facebook.
1) Duration of the RAFFLE
The duration of the RAFFLE is from 31.10.2022, 16:00 hrs to 05.12.2022, 23:59 hrs. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the RAFFLE online competition.
2) How the RAFFLE works
Participation is by following, liking and commenting on our posts on Instagram [account @shop_alldieweil] or Facebook [account: Alldieweil - Schöne Dinge] during the time mentioned above.
1. Follow our Instagram or Facebook account
2. Like one of our posts on Instagram or Facebook
3. Tag at least two friends in one of our posts on Instagram or Facebook
4. Write us in the comment on Instagram or Facebook which bracelet you would like to win
By entering you agree to the terms and conditions. Entry is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw. Prizes will only be sent within Germany.
Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the RAFFLE. It is strictly forbidden to use more than one account to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the RAFFLE is free of charge.
3) Eligibility
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the RAFFLE and employees of the organiser as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) tampering with access to or conduct of the RAFFLE; (b) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (c) acting unfairly; or (d) providing false or misleading information in connection with participation in the RAFFLE.
4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The RAFFLE includes 6 x 1 bracelet of your choice up to a maximum individual value of € 70,-- (in words seventy).
The winners will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants.
The winners will be informed promptly by private message and/or e-mail. Each winner must contact [email protected] by e-mail within 1 week. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred by the organiser to another participant.
The prize will be handed over within the 50th week of 2022 by post at the expense of the organiser exclusively to the winner or the winner's legal representative within Germany. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash; any differences will also not be credited or paid out. Vouchers will not be issued.
5) Premature termination of the RAFFLE
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the RAFFLE at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the RAFFLE cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser may demand reimbursement of the damage incurred from this person
6) Data protection
Participation in the RAFFLE requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname, address and e-mail address, are true and correct.
The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the RAFFLE. Except for the data required for tax purposes. The organiser shall bear the costs of taxation of the winnings. 7) Revocation
Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a revocation to [email protected] and thus withdraw from participation.
8) Liability
Claims for possible material defects and/or defects of title in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be asserted exclusively against the prize sponsors.
The organiser is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or for the consequences resulting from this for the implementation of the RAFFLE.

The organiser's RAFFLE is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
10) Severability clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
