We attach great importance to the quality and origin of our goods, semi-precious stones and other materials & goods. The production of our bracelets take place in Germany. All bracelets are handmade and are subject to high quality control.
Gemstones are natural products and show variations in colour, shape and size. Therefore every bracelet or collar is unique. We therefore cannot assume any liability for exact measurements.
We manufacture bracelet in lengths from 17 cm to 23 cm. However, all sizes are subject to slight deviations. These vary in length by millimetres.
The metals used, such as our decorative closures [without function] in the form of Buddha heads, metal beads or other decorative metal beads, are free of lead, cadmium and nickel.
Metals change due to skin contact and environmental influences and get a further vintage effect. This is not a lack of quality, but a natural effect. Furthermore, alloys and electro plating can change their appearance. Some metals already have a vintage finish in their design. Even gold-plated or silver-plated components can change over time - these changes also do not represent a quality flaw.
The bracelets are pulled on high-quality silicone band, which shows a high stretching force. However, the straps should only be stretched for daily use in dressing and undressing. Avoid contact with heat, sharp objects and follow our care instructions for a long life of your silicone band. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your belt caused by incorrect or negligent use.
You can send in your bracelet purchased from Alldieweil together with the beads & pearls and other elements if the bracelet was damaged and we will repair it for you. You will receive an individual offer in advance.
